Abstract Submissions

Abstracts are solicited for contributed oral and poster presentations.

Then, click again on "Abstract Submissions" in MAIN MENU, and submit your abstract here

Please note that your email address will be used as your username and you will be asked to create a password. Please be aware that the information you enter when creating your account will be used for official Letters of Acceptance, Letters of Invitation, and Conference Programmes, so please ensure correct spelling of names, affiliated institutions, and so forth.

About the poster presentation

You will hand-carry your poster to the workshop, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case. Double clamps will be provided to mount your poster – this will be possible from the very beginning of the workshop on Monday April 14, 2025 (1:00pm - 4:00pm).

A poster session is scheduled on Tuesday (April 15) from 8:15 am to 8:40 am – during the breakfast, on Wednesday (April 16) from 8:15 am to 8:40 am, and 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm, and Thursday (April 17) from 8:15 am to 8:40 am. Poster discussions will be had on Thursday (April 17) at 2:00 pm before the round table.

However, posters will then remain visible throughout the whole duration of the conference, in the same area where we will have coffee breaks.

Specifications for Poster Presentations

• Poster displays will be limited to one side of 2.07m x 0.90m tack board. The recommended poster size is 84.1cm x 118.9cm (A0 format) with a vertical layout (portrait).
• A poster board number cut-out will be provided and must be visible at all times.
• Be sure to include the abstract title, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) where research is underway.
